Job Description
- Ensures day today management of office area such as maintaining office equipment for all centers
- Responsible to purchase necessary things
- Controls the stock status of center operating materials
- Handles all the telephone credit matters
- Liaises with Government Departments in all concern area
- Assist liaising for teacher’s housing
- Keeps the center documents in order
- Arranges air ticket and hotel booking for senior management and foreign expatriate and others
- Others administrative duties as assigned by the Manager
Position Requirements
- Any graduate
- 2-3 years of experience in working as administrative Assistant
- Able to communicate in English
- Able to work overtime
- Able to travel in the city
- Proactive, Initiative, Supportive, Communicative and Punctuate
