Educate students by planning and developing course of study consistent with the Cambridge international Examinations (CIE) guidelines
Develop and present lesson by using a variety of techniques, including lectures, group discussions, projects, exhibits, field trips, audiovisual and library resources, computers, and the internet
Maintain thorough and detailed records of student progress and achievement
conduct standardized tests in accordance with school
Collaborate with school staff in planning and implementing instructional goals, objectives, and methods according to school requirements
Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities as assigned and may sponsor outside activities approved by the school
Attend and participate in all school functions, as requested
Maintain accurate and complete student records, and prepare reports on children and activities, as required by administrative regulations
Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities
Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required
Sponsor extracurricular activities such as clubs, student organizations and academic contests

Plan the project
Create a detail work plan, identifying and sequencing the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Source and compare different quotations and prices from a range of suppliers in Myanmar and abroad
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates resources across activities
Review the project schedule with senior management: revise the schedule as required
Support senior management in negotiating the quotation to obtain the best value of money
Act proactively to inform to senior management when facing unforeseen challenges
Implement the project
Execute the project according to the project plan
Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders
Review the quality of work completed with the project team on a regular basis
Control the project
Write report on the project for management and for funders
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management
Ensure that all financial records for the project are up-to-date and liaise with the finance department
Follow through diligently to ensure projects are done based on specifications given by stakeholders
