Job Description

• Drive student progress by providing on going and consistent support, advice, coaching and feedback.
• Understand each individual learner’s psychology and tailor your teaching skills accordingly to provide guidance to students that is personalized to their particular needs
• Develop strong relationships both on-line and in person to build on trust and genuine care with a diverse student community
• Promote the Wall Street English Method and an all English Environment in consistent and creative ways
• Keep up to date and abreast of student progress in order to pass on relevant information to the Service and Sales teams and take necessary actions
• Be the speaking center’s eyes and ears by proactively spotting and reading signs from students in order to put in place the right
supportive action
• Drive and generate internal sales by caring, providing the best service and building long term relationship with the student
 
Desired Skills and Expertise

• Aged between 21- 28 years with bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably English- related)
• Demonstrated fluency in English and conversational Chinese
• English Teaching/ Tutoring for Myanmar experience is compulsory
• Passionate about education, Languages and giving excellent customer service.
• Energetic, friendly, and professional, loves to speak English and comfortable doing so on a daily basis
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Ensure planning and organization of a quality Early Childhood Program based on Montessori Principles.
• Serve as the primary people leader for the center (Preschool), maintaining great morale and addressing staffing issues in a prompt and responsive manner.
• Ensure appropriate center staffing, new hire training and on-going staff development weekly and monthly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards of the children and staff.
• Facilitate and support the development and implementation of best practices to bring the best experiences for our children.
• Manage day to day operations, which include student admission, registration, finance, procurement and administration.
• Perform parallel, vertical evaluations for staff and children. (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).
• Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community by organizing events.
• Perform any other related duties as required and assigned by the Director.
• Manage local and state licensing regulations and ensure state compliance and record keeping. 
• Enforce school policies, procedures, principles and values set by the Director.  

Qualifications

Required Degree and Experience:

Have a Bachelor Degree (any fields)
Have a 120 hour in-person teaching certificate (CELTA or TESOL or other relevant English language Teaching certificates)
At least 3 years of teaching experience with Communicative Teaching Method and Test preparation teaching experience
Enthusiastic, Responsible, Flexible, Good professional work ethics, Positive attitude
Willing to learn, give the best and ability to work with team

Salary - US$ 1500 (during 3 months probation period)- $ 1,800 (after the probation period)
