Responsibilities

 

1. Ensure the school building and premises are safe and secure for all school activities 

   Heath - To follow SIS health policy and set up procedure including the personnel, and facilities , such as sickbay , toilets and waste handling.

             - To made sure that the food and drink served in the canteen, and the people who are working in the canteen always conform to SIS health and hygiene standards.

Safety - To follow SIS Safety policy and set up procedure including the personnel, and facilities, such as fire detector system, fire extinguishing system, also emergency drill and other safety drills.

           - To set up Emergency Response Team who will be in charge in emergency situation.

Security - To follow SIS health policy and set up procedure including the personnel, and facilities , such as  CCTV camera system.

              -  To maintain good relationship with the local police.

Social and Environment

 - To maintain good relationship surrounding community.

               - To make sure that the School activities will conform to the environmental emission norms under the 

ESG Compliance as laid down by the Law of the Land in which SIS Myanmar operates.

 

2. To make sure that the Buildings, Facilities and Utilities are working properly, including to have back-up electricity system, and building repair and maintenance system. 

 

3. To support school activities and events, from providing all personnel, preparing location and facilities needed.

 

4. To conduct HR works which is directed by HR Dept in Head Office ,such as all recruitment and contract  process employee, and attendance report.

 

5. To comply with regulation in term of building and school permit, including expat teachers' paperwork and documents, and to liaise with the related authorities to get the permit and other legal documents, and to liaise with the related authorities to get the permit and other legal documents needed.

6. To take charge of all administration works and agreements with third parties related with GA Dept.

7. To manage budget and school assets accordingly , including being responsible for procurement activities which is done by GA Dept.
