• Academic Qualifications- B.A, B.Sc,သတ်မှတ်ချက် အရည်အချင်းနှင့် ပြည့်စုံပြီး Green Card ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည် ။
• Subject Qualification - Computer ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည် ။ ကလေးစိတ်ပညာကို နားလည်ရမည်။
• Language Proficiency-English Language ကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ ပြောနိုင် ၊ ရေးနိုင်ရမည် ။Intermediate Level ရှိရမည် ။ English Level Test ဖြေဆိုရမည်။

Academic and Training Manager will provide leadership in coordinating learning activities of the centers, ensuring the appropriateness of program activities according to age and development levels of children.

Academic and Training Manager reports directly to M.D

Core duties and Responsibilities

1. Design, develop and implement educational programs that adhere to International Standards for toddlers and pre- schoolers
2. Provide both short- term and long- term plans for the feasibility of sustaining the services and curriculum in line with emerging dynamics

Qualifications and Experience

• Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferable.)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Certificate in Early Childhood Education from Social Welfare Training School
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ECCD related field (2 years as an Educator, 2 years as a trainer and 1 year as a manager or principle)
