*Delivery*
o Plan, prepare and deliver courses /training according to the training package or accredited course.
o Conduct training based on adult learning principles.
o Give current course information to students and make sure students aware on the assessment strategies.
*Assessment*
o Distribute and explain assessment plans and processes to students at the beginning of the unit.
o Plan, conduct, review and mark assessment of students. Explain students on the assessment outcome and identify areas for improvement.
o Assessments or Exams should be marked within 3 days from the date of assessment or exams. Trainer needs to compile all the marks from different assessments used in the unit and submit to Academic Support within 5 working days from the last date of unit.
o Inform students on the appeal procedure should they require assistance
o Assist in design of assessment and provide suggestions/feedback to the accredited partners.
◉ Meetings ◉
o Attend and contribute to validation meetings on training, assessment processes, tools and evidence related to your area of expertise.
o Attend staff development meetings as required.
Desired Skills and Expertise
o A Master degree preferred / Bachelor Degree holders may also apply
o Bachelor Degree holders with Web Development Specialist Diploma or in a related field of studies with 2-5 years of relevant work experience may apply.
◉ Experience ◉
o Should have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience with one or more of such tools and Agile development methodologies; HTML5, CCS, JavaScript, JAVAFX, Adobe Flex, Google Web Toolkit, Invision, Axure, Sketch, Bootstrap, PHP, Python, MySQL and Wordpress; with Microsoft .Net or Java framework.
o Preference will be given to candidates who has experience in training.
o Teamwork, Interpersonal/ Interpersonal skills, Communication skills (written/oral).
o Effective in handling research project/project supervision and administrative duties.

The College operates across the Star City and the Pun Hlaing campuses and is currently seeking a French teacher to work in one or both of these campuses. In the 2020/21 academic year the students will enter Year 11 for the first time on both campuses. The College currently has candidacy status in its application to gain authorization as an IB World School, as it looks to continue its educational programme through to Year 13.
