????Work jointly with the Learning & Delivery Manager and IT Instructors to determine focus areas based on Lithan competency-based learning objectives
???? Assist instructors on developing and implementing the needs of each individual students in BTEC HND Courses
???? Observe international/local student learning progresses within the classrooms as well as via Lithan LMS Platform/Cisco WebEx Platform to achieve the academic goals
???? Assists both international/local students in accomplishing learning objectives
???? Regularly monitor & mark local/international students attendance
???? Documents classroom observations and evaluate as required
???? arranging & holding Cisco WebEx live streaming review sessions with students and actively checking in on all assigned students; helping to resolve any problems.
???? Participates in the development of program policies, course delivery plans and ongoing monitoring of program quality
???? Ensures the assigned cohorts’ progress reports are completed and submitted on a timely basis
???? Coordinates evaluations and outcomes assessments with Learning & Delivery Manager and coordinate feedback to IT Instructors
???? Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of learning & delivery department

Qualifications

Required Degree and Experience:

Have a Bachelor Degree (any fields)
Have a 120 hour in-person teaching certificate (CELTA or TESOL or other relevant English language Teaching certificates)
At least 3 years of teaching experience with Communicative Teaching Method and Test preparation teaching experience
Enthusiastic, Responsible, Flexible, Good professional work ethics, Positive attitude
Willing to learn, give the best and ability to work with team

Salary and Benefits

Salary and Benefits
Salary - US$ 1500 (during 3 months probation period)- $ 1,800 (after the probation period)
Bonuses on class continuation, class feedback and outstanding results
44 hours per week (26 teaching contact hours).
Accommodation Provided (shared apartment)
Visas expenses (with travel expense cover for visa run to Bangkok every 70 days)
Paid public holidays (20 days)
Annual leave 10 days (can get after 6 months)
