Responsibilities
- Community Liaison and Public Relations
- In liaison with the boarding school of Admissions, hold seminars, open houses
and other initiatives to promote the boarding school
- Attend community events on the College’s behalf.
- Support all Admissions and Marketing initiatives.
- Help to develop the admissions department to meet, and preferably exceed, the school’s
enrollment goals.
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of the College.
- Collect and use data to monitor market forces, trends and competition.   

Customer Success Department

Customer Success department deals with customer lifecycle management and customer retention. This is more than a support department. 

Customer Success is vital in keeping our revenue pipeline stable by maintaining relationships and supporting the clients in terms of usage of our platform. This requires a great deal of understanding customer behaviours of how they are using, which features are they having difficulties and navigation challenges. Understanding customers requires in-person experience and analytical understanding of challenges. 

Communicate daily with Customer Communications, Issue Resolution and Marketing to generatecontent ideas and create pipeline.

1. Ensure the school building and premises are safe and secure for all school activities 

   Heath - To follow SIS health policy and set up procedure including the personnel, and facilities , such as sickbay , toilets and waste handling.

             - To made sure that the food and drink served in the canteen, and the people who are working in the canteen always conform to SIS health and hygiene standards.
