Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching
• Creative and inspiring with loving energy
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Be familiar with all working curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals.
• Knowledge in educational development / cognitive psychology
• English Proficiency is a must.

• Planning class timetable and term-planners.
• Organizing and distributing instructional and learning materials.
• Arranging and conducting tests and exams.
• Assisting submission of student projects and assignments.
• Liaising with overseas partners for student registration and academic matters.
• Checking and preparing lecturers class attendance and schedules for payments.
• Monitoring and evaluation and student attendance and disciplinary matters.
• Helping with general academic activities.

• Bachelor of Degree.
• Minimum two years working experiences in relevant field.

Job Description

????Work jointly with the Learning & Delivery Manager and IT Instructors to determine focus areas based on Lithan competency-based learning objectives
???? Assist instructors on developing and implementing the needs of each individual students in BTEC HND Courses
???? Observe international/local student learning progresses within the classrooms as well as via Lithan LMS Platform/Cisco WebEx Platform to achieve the academic goals
???? Assists both international/local students in accomplishing learning objectives
???? Regularly monitor & mark local/international students attendance
???? Documents classroom observations and evaluate as required
???? arranging & holding Cisco WebEx live streaming review sessions with students and actively checking in on all assigned students; helping to resolve any problems.
???? Participates in the development of program policies, course delivery plans and ongoing monitoring of program quality
???? Ensures the assigned cohorts’ progress reports are completed and submitted on a timely basis
???? Coordinates evaluations and outcomes assessments with Learning & Delivery Manager and coordinate feedback to IT Instructors
???? Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of learning & delivery department
