Main Duties and Responsibilities

Focuses on the service or product features and benefits, discusses credit terms, quotes prices and prepares sales order reports or forms
Builds important internal relationships with key account stakeholders around the business
Maintains and expands the database of prospects of the organisation
Searches and analyses the education market and educational products and trends
Presents product and services to decision making committees in both English and local language
Develops and builds a lead generation plan, meets or exceeds monthly/annual targets
Participates in training sessions, meetings, skills building and professional development classes
Demonstrates a consistent and proven track record of achieving objectives through the planning and implementation of activity plans
Manages recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative.

                                                        
Job Requirements
University or College degree in any relevant industry
Master degree is considered an advantage
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Education industry
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management, ideally with premium B2C products
Teaching Certification or License
Excellent command of English and local language
Very good knowledge of Microsoft office
Driving license
Excellent leadership and organisational skills.

Professional Requirements

• Hold at least a good honours degree;

• Have experience working with students for whom English is not their first language;
• Have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience;
