able to lead a small team of admin and coaching staff to assist in the management of the sports facilities

have a proven track record of football coaching up to intermediate level or beyond; experience of coaching other sports, is highly advantageous, but not compulsory

be experienced in adapting sport to ensure it is inclusive, fun and accessible for all, whilst also having opportunities to work at elite level
