• Ensure planning and organization of a quality Early Childhood Program based on Montessori Principles.
• Serve as the primary people leader for the center (Preschool), maintaining great morale and addressing staffing issues in a prompt and responsive manner.
• Ensure appropriate center staffing, new hire training and on-going staff development weekly and monthly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards of the children and staff.
• Facilitate and support the development and implementation of best practices to bring the best experiences for our children.
• Manage day to day operations, which include student admission, registration, finance, procurement and administration.
• Perform parallel, vertical evaluations for staff and children. (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly).
• Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community by organizing events.
• Perform any other related duties as required and assigned by the Director.

• Meet monthly sales targets, as set by the sales Supervisor
• Ensure all KPIs are met that concern Sales, Student support and care
• Manage your diary ensuring that all necessary phone calls and appointments are carried out on time
• Provide reports relating to your activity and sales progress to Sales Manager & Centre Director
• Update the sales CRM in and accurate and reliable manner to ensure good contact management
• Attend meetings with Sales and Service team
• Act as a liaison between Student and the Service team
• Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure these are addressed to student’s satisfaction.
• Keeping abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses. Attending any training sessions assigned to you as part of your learning and development.

Desired Skills and Expertise

• University Degree
• Understanding of core sales principles: sales pipeline, forecasts, planning and techniques
• Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector
• 2 to 3 years of experience in service sales is preferable
• Background within service/hospitality/gym sector
• Professional sales qualification, or degree in Business/Marketing
• Good level of English and Chinese is a plus
• Knowledge of MS office packages.

JOB SUMMARY

As a friendly and competent Teaching Assistant, you will work with children aged 5-8 years in various classes such as Year 1, 2, 3 and 4. You should be a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a specific interest in education. You will be responsible for supervising students, preparing lesson materials, maintaining classroom tidiness and so on.
You must enjoy working with children and be devoted to building a nurturing and safe environment.
You will also require to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as some knowledge of classroom activities and teaching methods.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities
•    Assist in the educational and social development of the students under the guidance of the homeroom teacher.
•    Assist with the lesson preparations by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
•    Revise lesson material with students individually or in small groups.
•    Ensure classroom environment is safe and clean.
•    Oversee students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on educational excursions.
•    Attending all training classes and faculty meetings.
•    Help children develop curiosity and knowledge
•    Keep up to date with changes in the curriculum and developments in best practice

Teaching Assistant Requirement:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field is preferred
•    A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teaching assistant or similar role is preferable.
•    Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.
•    Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.

Position Requirements

• Energetic, friendly, and professional, loves to speak English and comfortable doing so on a daily basis
